The Reverend Mark Alan Stockstill, SSC
Saint Matthew's Vicar

Father Mark Stockstill was born and raised in Weatherford, Texas where he graduated from Weatherford High School in 1986. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

Following his graduation, he worked in banking and investments for 12 years. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Dallas in 2000. In 2002, Father Stockstill and his family moved to Nashotah, Wisconsin to attend Nashotah House Seminary, where he graduated in May 2005 with a Masters of Divinity. Nashotah House is the only conservative, traditional, Anglo-Catholic seminary in the United States.

Father Stockstill is currently serving at St Matthew’s Church in Comanche, Texas and Trinity Church in Dublin, Texas. He was ordained to the priesthood on October 29, 2005 and is a member of the Society of the Holy Cross (SSC).

"Fr Mark, The Godfather of Sports", can be heard daily at at 6:30am, 7:30am, 8:30am, 9:30am, Noon, and 5:00pm on KYOX 94.3 (The Ox) in Comanche and surrounding counties. He is also on KYOX 94.3 FM & KCOM 1550 AM Sundays at 9:30am. Tune in to hear Bible study, traditional Anglican Hymns, and other topical information.

Father Stockstill, his wife Susan, and son Alan live in Comanche, Texas. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing and attending sporting events. Father Stockstill is the son of Arthur and La Donna Stockstill of Weatherford, Texas.
